Hello World. This is going to be a blog authored by multiple people. It will be like a Bible Study that you can read from home. My name is Hope Farmer. I am an active member of Mount Paddy Church in Jefferson, NC. It is my honor to share the first blog post with you all.

About Our Church

We are a small, but growing church in the mountains of North Carolina. We are a Christian Church. I know I probably have lost some of you on that sentence alone, but the members of our church believe in God and trust in the plan he has for each and every one of us. We are trying to get back to Biblical Church. Our mission for our church is C.L.E.A.R. Christ centered, Leading the lost with love, Establishing a life of biblical holiness, Aiding and assisting in our communities and beyond, Releasing others to continue on. I know many churches say that they are like family, and we are no different. The people here truly care for one another.

Fellowshipping

As part of our many ministries we try to reach out to our community many times throughout the year. We host a multitude of events for our youth to be involved in as well. Every time we are together, whether it is in the church or not, we try to fellowship some. Our goal is to bring people to the Lord.

If any of these things appeal to you, please come and visit us. If you are nervous about coming, then watch some of the sermons online via our website or facebook. There are so many ways to reach someone at the church. Any one of us would love to talk to you, pray with you or even for you. All you have to do is take that first step toward Jesus.
